Meet the SCV Computer Club

If you are interested in learning more about technology, the SCV Computer Club is for you! Our general meetings, held the 2nd Wednesday of each month, include speakers who are technology industry representatives and/or knowledgeable enthusiasts. The 6:00pm Member2Member session features a member giving a presentation on various topics; the 7:00pm guest speaker usually has a presentation on the latest software, hardware, gadget, etc. The general public is cordially invited; admission is free.

We meet at the:

SCV Senior Center
22900 Market Street
Newhall CA 91321

Our membership ranges from novices to experienced technology users. Novices are especially encouraged to join our group and learn with us.

In addition to the general meeting, the DATALINE is sent to members each month. The newsletter contains technology-related articles, how-tos, reviews, and tips & tricks.

For the price of a computer book, a membership in the SCV Computer Club
is a great accessory for your computer.

"User groups represent the spirit of the frontier, a community getting together to do things that no individual ought to have to do alone. The pioneers of the American west got together for barn raisings, cattle roundups, and the occasional party. The pioneers of new technology get together for installfests, new user training and support, and just plain fun. Being part of a user group is the best way to get more out of your computer, and lets you make friends while you're at it." — Tim O'Reilly, President, O'Reilly & Associates

A Computer Club serving computer enthusiasts from novice to the professional in the
Santa Clarita Valley, California since 1988.
